ZinTop

Pfostenträger ZinTOP sind Pfostenträger welche die Anforderungen der Nutzungsklasse 3 entsprechen müssen, sind nachträglich feuerverzinkt oder haben unsere neue ZinTOP Beschichtung.
ZinTOP hat nicht nur optimale Korrosionsbeständigkeiten sondern ist auch optisch ansprechender.

Vorteile der ZinToP Beschichtung
-  Gleichmäßige Oberfläche
-  Hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit
-  Keine Kontaktkorrosion in Verbindung mit Edelstahl
-  Zugelassen für die Nutzungsklasse 3 im Holzbau
-  Hohe Oberflächenhärte
-  Gleichmäßige Schichtdicke auch auf Gewindeteile

Die Nutzungsklasse ist für die entsprechende Anwendung gem. EN 1995-1-1 2.3.1.3 Nutzungsklassen festzulegen.
Die nachfolgende Definition gilt Ausschließlich als Anhaltspunkt:

Nutzungsklasse 1 Das Holzbauteil befindet sich in einem beheizten Gebäude
Nutzungsklasse 2 Das Holzbauteil befindet sich unter Dach und wird nicht direkt bewittert
Nutzungsklasse 3 Das Holzbauteil kann Bewitterung und Spritzwasser ausgesetzt sein
