Joist Hanger Type 05 Exterior – 2.0 mm

The Type 05 Exterior is a heavy-duty joist hanger with outward flanges, made of 2.0 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. It replaces complex timber joints and enables a clean, load-bearing connection – especially for intermediate purlins or heavy beams.

Approved for:

• Timber-to-timber joints (e.g. joist to beam or purlin)
• Connections to concrete, steel or masonry
• Certified for biaxial loading

Thanks to its outward flange design, this hanger is easy to install with direct access to all fasteners. Made from S 250 GD +Z 275 steel with approx. 20 µm zinc coating, it meets modern structural and durability requirements.
